Attention all X-Rite PANTONE suppliers
As part of our corporate social responsibility, X-Rite PANTONE has released the Global Product and Component Specification for the Environment (GPCSE). This mandatory document outlines all our environmental initiatives, tracked through our supplier data partner, Assent, Inc., and includes but is not limited to REACH, EU RoHS, and China RoHS. The demand for X-Rite PANTONE’s social and environmental responsibility continues to grow, driven by our customers’ need for transparency regarding the substance content within our products.
If your company supplies substances, materials, or articles used in our products or packaging, it is required that we have and upload your data to your supplier portal within two weeks of receipt of email notice from Assent, Inc. Please review the relevant documents on the X-Rite PANTONE supplier site, https://supplier.xrite.com.
To contract purchases from your company, we must have evidence that your products meet GPCSE standards before we agree to use them in our production environment. This is a mandatory corporate initiative, and future business depends on your timely action. Please return your acknowledgment to your X-Rite PANTONE supply chain representative, who will assist you with any questions you may have.
Future revisions to the GPCSE will be posted on the X-Rite PANTONE supplier site, https://supplier.xrite.com. Data requests will be made by our partner, Assent, Inc., as regulatory updates occur, which may be up to twice per year depending on the regulations applicable to your company’s components. This process should already be familiar to your organization, as the supplier portal also contains your supplier performance information and X-Rite PANTONE specifications.
We thank you for your continued support.
Moonie Hart,
Global Regulatory Compliance Manager, X-Rite
